Meet Maya

Your always-on guide to the best rated pros in Park City.

Straight answers

Park City Top Rated is free to use. There is no cost to search, to chat with Maya, or to request a callback from a pro.

It is not a Google reviews mirror. The baseline rating signal starts from real, public Google ratings, but Maya's job is matching, not display: she contacts vetted, claimed pros on a customer's behalf and only connects the two once a pro accepts the job - a Google search results page does not do that outreach step.

There is no bidding war. A connected lead goes to the pro who accepted it, not to five competing contractors paying per click, the way Angi or Thumbtack works.

Businesses do not pay for their underlying rank. A minority of businesses also buy a one-time Premium placement (a labeled featured card with photos and video, shown above the ranked list, or included free with an After Hours AI plan). Premium never changes a business's rating-based score, but it can put a paying business's card first on the page, so we say that plainly rather than leaving it unstated.

Reviews here are verified, not just collected. A business names the specific customer and job, and that customer independently confirms it happened before anything publishes - a two-sided attestation Google's open review box does not require.

Maya is the assistant behind Park City Top Rated. She answers on this site and on our phone line at any hour, including nights, weekends and holidays. Her job is simple and narrow: get a real person to the right local pro as fast as possible.

What Maya does for customers

She knows this site. Every ranked business in every category on Park City Top Rated. Ask her for the top rated plumber near you, or who to call about a roof leak tonight, and she answers from the live rankings rather than a generic web search.

She narrows it down. A ranked list is useful; a recommendation is better. Maya asks the two or three questions that actually matter for your job, then points you at the handful of pros who fit.

She takes the request when you would rather not call around. Tell her what you need, when you need it, and the best number to reach you. She takes it from there.

She never sells your details to five contractors. That is the model we exist to replace. Your request goes to the pros we contact on your behalf, not to a lead broker.

What happens after you ask Maya for help

1. Claimed and verified pros come first. When you ask for a local business, we start with the pros who have claimed their listing here and passed our ownership check. Those are the businesses we can actually reach.

2. We reach out on your behalf. We contact matching pros with a mobile number on file and tell them what you need and roughly where, without handing over your exact address.

3. The pro opts in. A pro who wants the job accepts it. Only then do we release the full details and connect the two of you. A pro who is booked simply does not accept, and you are not left waiting on someone who was never going to show.

4. You stay in control. Your address is released to one accepted pro, not broadcast. Nothing about you is sold.

If you own a business here, read this part

Claim your listing. It is free and it stays free. Until a listing is claimed and verified we have no way to reach you, so those requests go to someone else.

Put a mobile number on file that can receive text messages. This is the single most important thing you can do. When a customer in Park City needs someone tonight, we reach out by text first, because that is what actually gets read while you are on a job, under a sink or on a roof. A landline or a main office line that cannot receive texts means you will miss the handoff, and a request that cannot reach you goes to the next pro on the list.

Answer quickly and you win more of them. Whoever accepts first gets connected first. That is the whole advantage, and it costs nothing to have.

Maya is an AI assistant, not a person, and she says so when asked. She does not invent businesses, quote prices she has not been given, or promise that a specific pro will take your job. When she cannot help, she says so and hands you to a human.
